On the 1st, 2nd and 3rd of April 2025, the DIS-Abilities project held a mobility event for young people with disabilities in Malaga. Sixteen young people and ten professionals took part in the event, which promoted the Erasmus+ programme and the European projects that form part of it, particularly mobility projects. Thanks to the activities proposed, the young people not only learned more about Europe and the opportunities offered to them through the Erasmus+, but were also able to overcome the cultural barriers that separated them, create new bonds and work together in favour of inclusion. 

The national sessions were the first contact between the DIS-Abilities project and young people with disabilities, where they were able to learn first-hand about the project creation process and work on their own ideas. The activities took place between January and March 2025 in all partner countries (France, Italy, Greece, and Spain), with the sessions adapted to the target group according to their needs. 

On the 15th, 16th and 17th of October 2024, we held the first LTT of the DIS-Abilities project in Athens, Greece: ‘Learning about the Erasmus+ programme and disability inclusion’. Fifteen professionals from France, Italy, Spain and Greece participated, all of whom were involved in working with young people with disabilities.
